Purchase Information/Terms of Service

At this time we are NOT doing art fairs and are selling exclusively out of our
home.  Future local shows will be posted on this website.  We do not have a
large inventory, and pieces are available as they come out of the kiln.  Items
listed online are also for sale in our Studio so they appear as first come first
served basis.
If you see something you like, or if you have contacted me about a special
order, Email me with your shipping address, and I will send you a page with
a Buy IT NOW button and your transaction will take place online, using
PayPal. I also accept personal checks. I ship within 3 business days of
cleared payment.
I usually search for the best rate between the shippers I use, and also offer
you your choice of shippers.
All pieces are professionally wrapped and
double boxed to insure their safe arrival.
A $3.00 handling fee includes insurance.

SHIPPING : We ship anywhere in the United States, using your choice of
USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  I have had excellent results shipping, and insure all
packages.  I mail within three business days of payment. I accept PayPal,
Money Orders, and Personal checks. Items shipped after check clears.
If, for some reason, you need to return your item, notify me within three
days, and I will refund your purchase price upon receipt of item in original
condition.  If the piece is damaged in shipping, take it, with packaging to
the shipper for insurance claim.

SPECIAL ORDERS:  Special order items may take some time to complete.
Depending on the item, and when it comes around in the production cycle.
All pieces need to make it through the firing, and if a special order doesn't
make it then it's back to square one.  Dinnerware and large items can take
up to a year to complete.  We are working on this and try to have all of our
regular items on hand at all times.
When we consider a special order it is at our discretion whether to accept
such commissions. If the project is beyond our capability to produce, we
can usually find someone that can help you from our pool of potter friends.

My Goal is  customer satisfaction, I want to carry the personal service that
people got at the art fairs to my online business.

RETURNS:  All shipments are insured. If an item arrives damaged, take the
piece and all original packaging  to the shipper for insurance claim.
If item for  another reason needs to be sent back, and /or refunded
 contact
me by email within
3 days of shipment received  so I can work out the
details  on an individual basis ( refund, replacement , etc.)

ON SITE SALES:  Morris Pottery is open to the public for kiln openings and
seasonal sales.  Art Shows that we participate in will be posted.

GALLERIES Work is  for  sale at Sivertson's Gallery in Duluth and Grand
Marais , Minnesota.

New Shop at Etsy.com
I have started running listings on Etsy.com.  This is a great site for
artists and crafts people, because it emphasises the hand made. It
also involves community in a way that is appealing to me.  It is not
an auction site, prices are set.  It has several ways to search for
what you want.   I will  be adding items to the store there regularly.
I will still keep updates and new work posted here on the website
and you can use it to contact me any time you want.
