This is a photo of me  today I am a different person.  I did some online research , took some tests and know for sure I am ADD!!! Possibly in my case ADHD.   I want to tell my best friend and haven't been able to connect, or my sister, or mom, I want to tell them so they know there is a reason for "how I  am" at the same time my mind is spinning on how I will use this information. It truly feels like a  new level of knowing myself has been reached. I can focus on my weak areas, like my houskeeping"skills" and not think of myself as "lazy". I can find ways to deal with it. I can't type fast enough to express myself today , I'm off to animal chores and a shift at the Cafe! later then Love and Light Denise
