Ahhhh the holiday weekend!The whole family is working.   Paul and Lily are at the  Ren Fest and I am working at the cafe.  I get to work all day today AND tomorrow. I may ask to take an hour off to do animal chores, if it is slow this aft. I am training in a new waitress... . That's so weird that in all the years I waitressed I never trained anyone in. This will be fun. I still haven't renewed my sub licence! I have to, because the extra money will be needed in the winter. It costs money every time I have to renew, and I am waiting to catch up on bills before I do it. That is my excuse anyway. The fact is I love my waitress job!  I may have said this before, but it is a perfect job for me.  I get to see the regulars every day who I really like!! Each has their own preferences , which I try to remember, and I am trading my produce with them. It is close to home, meaning I get more hours to garden and such, it is casual, I get to wear what I want. 

 It should be busy today , I hope.  There's always a church crowd of some kind.   I got up really early, to have some good coffee and run the dogs around for a little while . I am  proud of the terriers and cat for not harassing my chicks and ducklings in the least!! I put Bugs in the kennel last time because he is still just a pup, but I hate to...and may try leaving him down to guard the barnyard.  I have a bunch of chicken rabbit and goat duties to fufill before work at 8:30 so I best be off this computer!!!later then, Love and light!
