The picture is of the stained glass windows in the building where we had the art show. It was a beautiful structure, although I never found out who the architect was, it looks like Louis Sullivan.

Well the kiln is being fired today and if we are lucky , it will be done by noon today. Then we just have to wait while it cools, and hope everything turns out!

The weather remains un-minnesota like and therefore un christmaslike to me. This morning it is raining! my gosh! well we have already had a very mild November, and in a normal year we would have had two months of Winter by now, but we still have fall. The animals outside don't mind, their water barely freezes.

I have fiddle students today, and I am trying to get the house cleaned up for a Christmas  party of some kind. The restaurant is slowing down as it usually does this time of year.  I have plans for that  cafe! I am going to put some painting and pottery in there. Every once in awhile people come through with money.  I could even sell something. Well thats my plan anyway. I am not going back to subbing. Quitting that was another cliff I jumped off, but I am glad I did.  I don't miss it at all. I'd rather work four jobs than ever sub again.  When I hear about some kid being a jerk, I say to myself,I'm glad I wasn't there.  I am nursing an injured left thumb, that I cut at the cuticle last night while messing with the stove. Hope I don't lose the nail!! Okay then, later, then, D
