It looks like the kiln will be done around 8 pm tonight. I don't envy the boys working in this cold. I got to work in a warm restaurant. I'm looking forward to posting pictures of the new pots.

Our house water is frozen again! And we almost made it to spring! Wahh. Barring any freakish warm front, we will be carrying water till April. Well it's nothing we haven't been through before. Paul and I carried until 1990. Water at the hydrant is working for now, and if that fails, the one down in back is trusty. On the bright side , when this happened back in 03, I lost 50 lbs. Back then, tho' It froze in January. Seriously except for the last three weeks we had enjoyed a mild winter. We didn't get enough snow to insulate the ground, and the frost went deep.
