Well a blessed cloud cover has stayed today keeping the really oppressive heat of the sun away.  I don't like the way weather forcasters hype the weather a week in advance. A string of 90 degree temps and high humidity all next week.  Mercifully it hasn't really got it's teeth in here yet, and we're two days into it.  Oh it was hot yesterday but we still had cloud cover. Gut  really it is July!!! As long as I can remember it's been hot in July, and sometimes hotter in August.   But merely average weather for the season isn't good TV.   Well we are in a drought and our well is out down by my garden.  I am antsy to get it fixed, even the apple trees are looking peaked. Paul has been doing paintings ltely, and I can see this replacing the pottery eventually. He does not call them art, he calls them signs because he uses sign paint and spray cans on plywood. People really seem to like them.  I can't get them on the website before they sell.   On Saturday Paul will be at Art in the garden in Mora at a location on the tour. People pick up their programs at the History Center so the location is secret. Well I am going down to work on some sculptures. Later then, Denise
