Happy New Year! Well I am a little early, but don't think I will have much time to write in the next couple of days. I work at the cafe tomorrow, and then we play at a neighbor's annual party. I hope I can stay awake till Midnight!! Seriously, I have been finding myself nodding off at 8pm just like my mother used to do. I have a week off again from my violin lessons, and as soon as we get back it is recital time.

When do I get into the studio you may ask? Gosh I am way behind down there, and at this point I am a hobbyist. I have to get my act together and get my stuff fired. I have a nice series of rabbits and chickens. I am experimenting with different slips and glazes. I just added a new page of pots on the website. The results are fantastic. The wood kiln is firing in 18 to 24 hours, and the glazes and slips are coming together. well that's about it for now. Thanks for the comments, and everyone have a safe and peaceful New Year! Denise
